According to a new study conducted by RedFin, if a home owner wants maximize their sale price or their speed to sale, listing on a Wednesday or Thursday puts you in the sweet spot. What day shouldn't they list on? Sunday. The study showed houses that were listed on Sundays had the worst sales performance, while homes listed on Wednesday sold at the highest prices, coming in at $2023 over Sunday listings. Thursday listings sold the fastest, averaging 5 days quicker than Sundays.
